When we decided we were wanting to buy a home, we really wanted someone we knew we could trust, regardless of what they told us. Positive or negative. We knew Theresa through our church and there was always a sincerity about her. Throughout the entire process she was fabulous with everything. Great at listening to exactly what we wanted, efficient, and reliable. As we walked through homes she was very honest about pros and cons, even in the home we bought.
